Daily Bulletin for February 5, 2020

Good morning Floodwood students and staff. Today is Wednesday, February 5th.

There will be a student council meeting during lunch today in Mr. Root’s room.

The Squirrel bus is running about 10 minutes late. Please do not mark these students absent. There will be no services with Mr. Svatos today and no services with Ms. Jones this afternoon.

There will be no Elementary Religious Release at the Catholic Church today.

Ms. Davidson 2nd hour Web Design please meet in the office.

The ACT will be given on March 24th and is open to all Juniors and Seniors. Please see Ms. Stupke if you would like to sign up.

The Minnesota State Patrol District 3100 is currently accepting applications for their Spring mentorship program for high school seniors interested in a career in law enforcement. This is a great way to learn the many facets of the Minnesota State Patrol. The deadline to submit a completed application is Feb. 10. Please see Ms. Stupke for an application.

The sophomores are selling cookie grams for $1.50 and candy grams for $1.00 for Valentines Day. They will also be raffling off a giant teddy bear. Tickets are one ticket for a dollar or 7 tickets for $5.00.

Talent Search 11th graders remember to turn in your permission slip for the ACT Info Session at St. Scholastica by this Friday, February 7th.

The answer from yesterday's question, ‘What the treatment for blood cancer is called’ is Chemotherapy. The money we raise will help cancer patients all over the world! Keep up the good work by bringing in those coins and dollars. 

Today’s lunch is Hot Dogs, baked beans, French fries, fruit, and milk.

Tomorrow’s breakfast is Pancake Sausage Wrap, fruit cup, and juice.
