Daily Bulletin for February 6, 2020

Good morning Floodwood students and staff. Today is Thursday, February 6th.

Good luck to the girls’ basketball team in their away game at Carlton. Bus load time is 4:10 pm.

The ACT will be given on March 24th and is open to all Juniors and Seniors. Please see Ms. Stupke if you would like to sign up.

This Friday, February 7th, the seniors will be auctioned off to be Senior servants for next Friday (February 14) during 6th hour to help raise money for their senior class trip. Start thinking of who and what you would like your seniors to help you do on Valentine’s Day. 

Youth In Action is meeting in the STEAM room at lunch today.

There will be no services with Mr. Svatos or Ms. Jones this morning.

The Minnesota State Patrol District 3100 is currently accepting applications for their Spring mentorship program for high school seniors interested in a career in law enforcement. The deadline to submit completed applications is Feb. 10. Please see Ms. Stupke for an application.

The sophomores are selling cookie grams for $1.50 and candy grams for $1.00 for Valentine’s Day. They will also be raffling off a giant teddy bear. Tickets are one ticket for a dollar or 7 tickets for $5.00.

Talent Search 11th graders remember to turn in your permission slip to the office for the ACT Info Session at St. Scholastica by this tomorrow, February 7th.

Did you know that the money you are raising will help fund research? In medicine, research means the careful study of a disease with the goal of finding a cure. Your donations will help fund researchers in 7 different countries! 

Today’s lunch is Chicken Patty, baked chips, celery, carrots, fruit, and milk.

Tomorrow’s breakfast is Cold Cereal Snack Pack and Craisins.
