Just a reminder of immunization requirements for the start of school next year. Your child will not be allowed to start school without current immunizations or legal exemption documentation.
Kindergarten: DTap 5 doses, Polio 4 dose, MMR 2 doses, Hep B 3 doses, Varicella 2 doses.
7th Grade: Tdap and Meningococcal
Seniors: Meningococcal Booster
