Daily Bulletin for March 4, 2020

Good morning Floodwood students and staff. Today is Wednesday, March 4th.

Today's theme is My Many Colored Days - Wear rainbows, tie-dye, or many different colors. Tomorrow's theme is Cat in the Hat - Wear your favorite hat. Yesterday's literary quote answers are HS: A Tale of Two Cities, Charles Dickens and Elementary: Olivia, Ian Falconer. The Elementary winner: Alexis Hutchinson. You can pick up your prizes in the offices. Please remember when you write your answers down we need both the Authors name and the name of the book. Today's literary quote: HS: “All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us.” Elementary: “Here are three useful things to know about naked mole rats: 1. They are a little bit rat. 2. They are a little bit mole. 3. They are all naked.”

Attention seniors: The Dollars for Scholars phone-a-thon is this Thursday in the front office from 5:30-9:30pm.

Today is Selfie Day for the yearbook. Individual or group pictures are good. No signals, no signs, or hand gestures in those photos. Pick two of your best and email to Ms. Gillespie. Cell phone rules still apply in class during instruction.

Mark your calendars for the 7th-12th grade band concert on Thursday, March 12th at 7:00 pm.

Today’s lunch is Turkey on a Bun, coleslaw, green beans, fruit, and milk.

Tomorrow’s breakfast is Chocolate Crescent, fruit cup, and juice.
