Daily Bulletin for March 6, 2020

Good morning Floodwood students and staff. Today is Friday, March 6th.

Today's theme is, Oh, the Places You’ll Go! - Wear a school or college shirt. Yesterday's literary quote answers are: HS: To Kill a Mockingbird, Harper Lee. Elementary: The Adventures of Captain Underpants, Dav Pilkey. Winner for the Elementary is: Bowen Engh. You can pick up your prize in the office. Please remember when you write your answers down we need both the Authors' name and the name of the book. Today's literary quotes: HS: “We are such stuff as dreams are made on, and our little life is rounded with a sleep.” Elementary: “It has been a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day. My mom says some days are like that. Even in Australia.”– 

Juniors and Seniors signed up to take the ACT on March 24th, please remember to check your email for an ACT practice test. Please see Ms. Stupke if you have any questions.

Ms. Waldron’s 4th & 5th hour please report to the office today.

Softball - There will be a team meeting in the large gym on Monday right after school. Please bring your softball equipment.  Track - There will be a team meeting in the shop classroom on Monday at 3:25pm. The plan is to lift in the fitness center after the meeting. Please bring workout clothes.

If any student-athlete has not participated in sports this school year, please stop in the office to get the forms needed for participation. All forms will have to be turned in before a student-athlete can practice.  Also, if you have not had a physical in the last 3 years, you will need a new physical to participate. 

A representative from Hibbing Community College will be here on March 11th at 11:00 to meet with students. Please see Ms. Stupke if you have any questions.

Today’s lunch is Pizza Boat, romaine salad, carrots, fruit, and milk.

Monday’s breakfast is Omelet, muffin, fruit cup, and juice.
