Daily Bulletin for November 15th

Good morning Floodwood students and staff.  Today is Thursday, November 15th.

There will be a student council meeting next Wednesday 11/21 during lunch in the band room

The laser engraving class are producing custom laser engravings on 4x4 bathroom tiles. If you are interested contact Mr. Rauvola for details. The cost is $3.00.

9-12 grade students interested in participating in Varsity Knowledge Bowl please sign up in the office this week.  See Mr. Tollefson if you have any questions.

The last day of the  National Honor Society Food Drive is today. The winner of the most pounds donated will be announced next week.

There will be no Math Intervention with Ms. Beth today and the Fitness Center will not be open.

Just a reminder that there will be Student/Teacher conferences today from 3:30 – 7:00.

Book Fair is set up and ready for business. Voting for cutest pet is ongoing.  To vote you will need an official voting ballot from Book Fair staff.  Shoppers will receive a ballot each time they make a purchase.   At the end of the fair, the pet with the most votes wins the contest and will receive a prize.  Cutest Pet Winner will be in Monday, November 19th's announcements.

Jeannine Kellogg, MN author, is visiting the Floodwood School library this morning. If you are interested in meeting with her to discuss what it takes to be an author, please let Ms. Davidson know.  She will be scheduled to meet classes and interested students.

The cafeteria will be open from 3:00 - 3:20 for a la carte purchases today.

Today’s lunch is Chicken patty, baked chips, celery, carrots, fruit, and milk.

Monday’s breakfast is Mini cinnis, fruit cup, and juice.

Be sure to be in school and on time to get in the lunch line 3 minutes before your classmates.
