Daily Bulletin for December 17th

Good morning Floodwood students and staff.  Today is Monday, December 17th.

The door decorating results: The door that shows school spirit, has originality and is creative is.... It’s a tie!!! Congratulations to 5th and 6th grades!!! Root Beer Floats will be coming your way this week.  If you haven’t seen their doors, check them out! Many groups did an awesome job decorating. Thanks to all that participated! A special shoutout to the kitchen crew - Barb, Sioban and Al - your space is amazing!!!

Good luck to the Girls basketball team in their home game tonight against Cromwell at 7:15 pm.

There will be no Math Intervention with Ms. Beth today.

To celebrate the Holiday Season all students and staff should wear red and green on Tuesday, Flannel on Wednesday and Thursday will be Holiday Sweater Day. Please join in the fun.

On Wednesday, January 16th Floodwood School will be hosting a blood drive. Talk to Ms. Rocco, Jayde White, or Samantha Rohde to reserve your time to donate. Save a life. Donate blood.

Flu vaccines will be offered today in the Nurse’s office starting at 9:30 am. Please make sure you have your signed form with you.

Winter Sports picture day has been scheduled for today. Elementary pictures will be around 2pm, Boys Varsity, JV, and Junior High at 3pm followed by the Girls team after that.

The K-12 Winter Concert is scheduled for this Thursday, December 20th. Please let your families know.

Reminder: Leaving your device on hallway floor will result in losing your Free Fix.

Today’s lunch is Chicken Alfredo, romaine salad, cucumber, breadstick, fruit, and milk.

Tomorrow’s breakfast is Cereal bar, yogurt, fruit cup, and juice.

Be sure to be in school and on time to get in the lunch line 3 minutes before your classmates.
