Did you know that U.S. paper money is not paper? It’s cloth. In Ben Franklin’s day, people repaired torn bills with a needle and thread! Do you know what bill Ben Franklin’s picture is on? $100 bill. One hundred dollars in donation to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society helps fund the first connection program, a peer-to-peer program that matches newly diagnosed patients with trained volunteers. With our donation, we’re making that happen.

Floodwood students are invited to join in a Polar Bear Medallion Hunt. Elementary students can hunt for the elementary Medallion and high school students can hunt for the high school medallion. Today’s clue for the Elementary is: “Color Your World”. A few High School students have found the Polar Bear Medallion and winners will be announced on Friday. If you are still looking for clues, the clue for the High School is:  "Keep In Rhythm".

Credit Recovery Math class will be held on Thursdays at 3:30 in the telepresence room.

The UWS recruiter will be here today at 10:30.

This week is mid-terms; now is a good time to check for missing assignments.

Do you want to show someone how much you care this Valentine’s Day? Buy a candy-gram, cookie gram, or flower gram by Thursday morning to be delivered tomorrow Feb. 14th. See the Juniors, Ms. Rocco, Ms. Hanson, or stop in at the office.

Remember the dance on Saturday, February 16. The time of the dance will be 8-10:30pm.
