Ed’s Farm is a family friendly place to learn about domestic farm animals and farm life. The 160-acre horse-powered farm is located 10 miles east of Hibbing, Minnesota. In addition to Percheron draft horses, the farm is home to sheep, goats, calves, chickens, pigs, ducks, geese, rabbits and Border Collies. A normal ride is 25-35 minutes but plan on spending at least an hour to tour the barns and say hi to the animals. The Welcome Center has a wood pellet stove to warm up by. Be sure to dress for the weather.
