Good morning Floodwood students and staff! Today is Tuesday, March 9th.
Help us keep our school open: Please remember to wear your mask over your mouth and nose, wash hands often for at least 20 seconds, social distance keeping at least 6 feet apart, stay home when sick and contact your provider for further guidance, clean and disinfect common areas and avoid social gatherings. Here are the results from last week's festivities:
Elementary Dress Up Contest
3rd place with 82% participation for the week - 3rd grade,
2nd place with 87% participation for the week - 4th grade,
1st place with 88% participation for the week - 6th grade
High School: Combined all events and dress-up days participation
3rd place - 8th grade,
2nd place - 11th grade,
1st place - 9th grade
A student council representative will be talking to the winning classes about their prize this week.
There will be a Youth in Action meeting today during lunch in the cafeteria.
Congratulations to the girls’ basketball team tonight and their victory over Barnum!
Girls softball with be starting at the end of March, any girls grades 7-12th interested please come to the office window to sign up.
Today’s lunch is walking beef taco served with lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, refried beans, fruit and milk.
Thursday’s breakfast is muffin served with yogurt, juice and milk.
