First Grade has been working collaboratively and independently on pattern math activities. They have been creating, labeling, extending, and explaining their thinking. We also had a great time with our colors of Autumn project!

7th and 8th grade start Flag Football this week

Kindergarteners will take computer assessments in math tomorrow morning. Results from aMath will be used to help guide instruction. Plenty of sleep and a good breakfast is needed to do our best!
7th & 8th grade spent the first couple weeks working on Character Playbook. It is important for students to learn how to recognize emotions in themselves and others, as well as how to handle them in a variety of situations. #developingemotionallyawarestudents
2nd graders creating number sentences that equal each other. Putting the equal sign in the middle of a problem works too. The equals is like a balance scale! Example: 3+1+1=4+1.
