Anyone interested in judging the Science Fair on Friday May 10, please contact the district office.


Claire Johnson and Isabella Hanke competed in the 7A sectional music competition in Crosby. Isabella received an Excellent rating and Claire received a Superior rating and will move onto State. Congratulations to both for amazing performances.


Floodwood Students 3rd-8th, 10th and 11th graders will be completing state testing (MCAs) in reading, math and science throughout the month of April. Thanks to free breakfast for all students, every child will be provided a healthy meal to start the day. If you would like to support our students through a donation of a snack to have during testing, we would gladly share that with students on testing days. These donations can be dropped off with the front office. Thank you!

We had a great Read Across America Week! Thank you to all our guest readers who came to read to the elementary students. Many books and prizes were given out this week to students for celebrating their love of reading.

On April 9th the Floodwood School will be proctoring the ACT for juniors and seniors. If your junior or senior is interested in taking this assessment, have them talk with Mrs. Fjeld.
