A Very {HUGE} Special Delivery: This week, our class was surprised by a BIG gift--a gigantic magnetic board! This gift was generously donated by a student's family and set on stabilizing legs and wheels by Mr. Rohde. Students immediately began work building words and structures with our magnetic manipulatives. What an asset this will be for our daily math and literacy play-based learning activities! A BIG thank you goes to our donor family and our Floodwood Industrial Tech Department.

Our K-2 "Trash to Treasure" STEM Club applied the scientific process of inquiry to ask questions, plan, create, and improve designs for magnificent treasures. Our inspiration was the picture book, "The Most Magnificent Thing" by Ashley Spires.
