Physical Wellbeing - Listening to and taking care of your body for optimal health and functioning.
Why is this important?
Building awareness about the physical effects of the overuse of screens is important in order to understand how your screen time use impacts you physically. The healing effects of nature is an inspirational and powerful tool to promote physical wellbeing.
This weeks challenge:
What do you need to inspire you to spend two hours a week outside in nature? Who will join you? Where will you go? Be sure to notice how nature makes you feel physically and mentally.
